Refunds and Returns Procedures
AURALOG INC. accepts and refunds Software products for return within 90 days of the purchase date. Online Language School and WEBPASS products come with a 7-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase. To obtain a refund the said products must have been purchased from the official TELL ME MORE website, store.tellmemore.com and include the following elements:
Product with all content in the original package,
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number,
the Client refund or replacement request,
copy of the sales receipt.
To obtain an RMA, Client shall contact AURALOG INC. at returns@auralog.com or call to toll free 1-888-388-3535 or 602-470-0300. No Product return shall be approved without a RMA number.
All shipping costs are at Client’s sole expense. AURALOG INC is not responsible for any potential lost or stolen merchandise.
