This program will allow to extend your Webpass training for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
The process is very simple and easy.
First, you need to select your original Webpass training length (1, 3, 6 or 12 months), then choose the number of months you want to extend your training by (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
After you select the reload program of your choice, you will received an email with your reload code.

Follow these steps to renew your access to TELL ME MORE® Webpass:
1) Navigate to www.tellmemorewebpass.com.  Do not type your reload code in the activation area of this page.  Log in to this page using your existing username and password.
2) On the training start page, click on “Click Here To Renew Your Training”
3) Enter your reload code  
4) A confirmation message will be displayed in red, after you’ve entered your code
5) Your training end date will be extended by 3 or 12 months
6) As you continue your study with TELL ME MORE®, you’ll continue to use your original username and password, and your performance statistics will continue to accrue.

Some frequently asked questions:
”When may I renew my training?”
(a) While your initial term of access is still active, entering your reload code will simply extend your training end date by 3 or 12 months.
(b) If your initial term of access has expired, your performance statistics will be stored for six months, and you may renew during this  time, using your existing username and password.  If you renew during this time, your new training end date will be 3 or 12 months from the date of your reactivation.
“If I renew my training, may I choose another language to learn?”
